Sam shares how The Student Voice is a fundamental part of their safeguarding culture in how they allow students to raise their concerns, and gives the trust oversight of their contextual issues through the use of the interactive maps.

It enables Sam to identify patterns and trends across year groups to inform her strategic line management meetings with her DSLs. It enhances their responsibilities from KCSIE in capturing the voice of the child and in understanding their lived experiences across all contexts in a faster, more effective way.

Sam shares how it helps them reflect on their contextual safeguarding risks and strategy, and supports them in being consistent in their inspections when asked about pupil voice.
